Mirror, mirror on the wall - Who has the most beautiful chatbot of them all?

We have already designed, planned, and implemented many hundreds of chatbots for hotels. One thing a chatbot should never be: boring. Who wants to interact with a FAQ page that gives dry and dull answers? No way!

An engaging dialogue that builds a relationship while quickly and efficiently leading guests to the solution or information they seek is the goal of good chatbots. Therefore, the hotel chatbot should match the brand in both design and tone, align with the wording and design guidelines, be targeted at the hotel's audience, and integrate seamlessly into the website. To give our diligent digital helpers some well-deserved recognition, we would like to introduce them to you today! Below, you'll read about particularly lovingly created chatbots that bring a smile to guests' faces. DialogShift presents: Chatbot Superstars! 🚀💙

Living Hotels

Living Hotels impress with three outstanding chatbots. Souly supports the Soulmade hotel. At the  Kaiser Franz Josef and the Living Hotel an der Oper Wien, Chatbot Liv answers your questions. Let's show you how they do it!

The Soulmade Hotel

The Soulmade Hotel

The Soulmade Hotel is a green oasis in the city - a very special type of business hotel. Have you ever seen a hotel made entirely of wood? For every tree used in construction, two trees were planted. Additionally, every direct booking results in another tree being planted. With these and many other measures, Soulmade aims to draw as much innovation as possible from sustainability and actively combat excess. Modern thinking meets a cozy home in the big city.

Chatbot Souly has character, that's for sure! The tone matches the brand perfectly. Souly is great to chat with, the perfect conversation partner for anyone who wants to avoid phone calls at all costs. 😉

The Kaiser Franz Josef Hotel

Living like the rich and famous - the Kaiser Franz Josef Hotel in Vienna offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city as part of the Living Hotels. Located in the green 19th district, the hotel is a modern alternative to the classic downtown hotel.

Chatbot Liv

The Hotel an der Oper

This is where the music plays! The Living Hotel an der Oper is equally interesting. Located in the heart of the artistic scene of the Austrian city, it offers a modern and comfortable stay for those happily warmed by champagne after an evening performance. The two Vienna hotels offer a chatbot that will knock your socks off. "Booking without any fuss" or "We’ve got a parking spot for your car!" Can anyone translate? Chatbot Liv speaks fluent Viennese dialect. This makes you want to travel to Vienna right away! Writing the chatbot in dialect is a great way to give it personality and individuality. Every smile is a positive emotion associated with the hotel.

The Omnia

The Omnia in Zermatt is one of our dream destinations. This modern mountain lodge, situated in the middle of the Swiss Alps, is the perfect place to leave everyday life behind - or rather, below you. Providing personal service in an informal way to meet guests' needs is the top priority at The Omnia. Here, you can feel at ease and simply be yourself. Personal service is supported by digital service. Ideally, guests do not have to search for information or wait for answers. You can contact the hotel via the website, Google, or WhatsApp. Most questions are answered immediately by the chatbot. If not, a staff member joins the chat. And those pictures! Don’t they awaken a longing for a bit of mountain romance in everyone?

Der Schäfflerwirt

A Schäfflermeister (Master Cooper) is involved with...

  • Shoes
  • Roofs
  • Barrels
  • Chessboards

And? Who can guess what a so-called Schäfflerwirt is? The story of the Schäfflerwirt in Aschheim begins before 1896. Through various redesigns and modernizations of a cooper's tavern, today's restaurant with a hotel, known as Der Schäfflerwirt, emerged in Munich. Those who answered C) are correct! A Schäfflerwirt is a cooper. This family-run traditional establishment from Bavaria excels with great attention to detail. Der Schäfflerwirt combines a traditional ambiance with cozy hospitality. No two rooms are alike.

Chatbot Rosa will gladly answer anything you want to know about Schäfflerwirt - and she does it in Bavarian! Rosa is simply lovable. Chatbots with personality are a great way to create more familiarity in digital processes. Try it out for yourself!

Fritz Lauterbad

The Fritz Lauterbad could almost pass as an urban legend. The difference from ordinary legends is that the Fritz is not too good to be true! This wellness hotel in the Black Forest offers everything your heart desires. Step out of the sauna with bare feet and head straight to the infinity pool. Then, enjoy a gin in the in-house Monkey 47 Suite.

The Monkey 47 Suite with bar

Just as breathtaking as the hotel itself is its chatbot Fritz. Its incredibly high usage and top conversion rate make it a true chatbot superstar. Fritz has already secured many, many bookings - a great employee who never gets annoying. 😉

Traube Tonbach

The cherry on top among hotels in the beautiful Black Forest is Traube Tonbach in Baiersbronn. It is one of the most famous hotels and restaurants in Germany. The five stars are well-deserved: everything at Traube Tonbach revolves around enjoyment.

This luxury hotel has also chosen a chatbot to increase accessibility for guests and provide even better service. Table reservations, for example, can be made through the chat - a noticeable relief for such a well-known restaurant. Who would have thought? Even guests in the luxury segment seem to love our digital helper, as the Traube Tonbach chatbot is an overperformer in terms of usage and response rates.

Which chatbot do you like best? We love all our chatbots equally - that's for sure! They are unique in their own way. 💙🤖 Stay tuned for the next edition of our chatbot pageant! Maybe yours will be featured soon. 🚀🚀
